Operation process of new oil press machine

Before Starting:

Before starting the machine, it is important to check whether all spare parts are fixed firmly or not. Additionally, ensure that the operating handle and flashboard are flexible. The big belt pulley should also be moved to check whether there is any loosening or blocking. If there is an abnormality, it should be rectified immediately. The tightness of the belt should also be adjusted before starting the engine. After fully preparing the machine, loosen the lock nut and pinch the screw to the dead end, then return it to 3-4 rounds and turn it forward half a round to ensure the gap of cake mouth with screw.

Starting the Oil Press Machine:
Once the machine has been fully prepared, start the engine and put 6%-8% water content in the cake before pouring it into the feeding hopper and polishing the pressing chamber. The feeding process should be slower and uniform at first to avoid blocking of the pressing chamber and jamming of the machine. After the chamber is polished and discharging the cake normally, put the material into the feeder.

During operation, observe the process of discharging the cake. If the machine discharges without cakes, withdraw one or two rounds of the screw. If it still discharges without cakes, stop the machine and check it up. Do not open the machine when the power electricity is on. After solving any issues, press the material at the first time. The thickness of cake should be about 1-2mm during normal operation. The cakes should be like tiles, with a smooth inside surface and wrinkly outer surface, and without oil.

Adjustment of Cake Thickness:

To adjust the thickness of the cake, move the regulating handle and adjust the screws in a clockwise direction. Adjust the screw outward to make the cake thicker. Conversely, the cake will be thinner if the screw is adjusted inward (because the adjustment bolt is left T165x6). The ring of discharging cake has a different corn angle with the discharge mouth. Changes in the thickness of the cake are about 0.4-0.5mm for every round.

Oil Output and Discharging Residues:

If the cakes are crushed into pieces, it shows that the material has low moisture content.
