1. Hot Pressing Method

- Adjust moisture content to approximately 9% for optimal results.

- If using a cylindrical roaster, add 2–3% water. Begin pressing once temperature reaches 110–120°C.

2. Cold Pressing Method
Process Flow:
Rapeseed → Cleaning → Pressing → Filtering → Refining → Finished Oil
Cold pressing requires no roasting. Moisture content is critical—it must be maintained between 5% and 8%. Proper moisture ensures smooth pressing, prevents oil backflow, and enhances extraction efficiency. Cold-pressed rapeseed oil retains more natural nutrients, antioxidants, and aroma.
Rapeseed Oil Refining
The pressed oil is crude rapeseed oil containing impurities such as phospholipids, pigments, free fatty acids, waxes, and moisture. Crude oil must undergo refining using oil filters or complete refining equipment.
